      Ooo I can’t name just one, I am sorry. I am a foodie. And this question has made me excited and hungry. I love sea-food. Among non-vegetarian food “shorshe ilish” is one of my favourites. I can’t make it though.
      I make this chicken recipe called “chicken rezala” which uses poppy seeds and yoghurt and I love that too.

      Among desserts I love making home-made cottage cheese based desserts such as ‘kalakand’ and ‘shrikhand’, and also ‘carrot halwa’

      Among vegetarian food I love “aloo posto” or potato with poppy seeds- it is easy to make and I often make it.
      Among non-Indian food I like Chinese and Italian food the most. When I was travelling in Croatia I liked the way they made fish too. Also Hungarian food is amazing. But wrt bakery stuff I in am love with this Viennese Bakery place called Diglas.
