      They should encourage customers to bring cloth bags or sell cloth or paper bags only.

      Yes 100%, they need to get rid of the plastic that is not necessary e.g. apples wrapped in plastic. Give the customer less choice!

      If customers stop buying products that use unnecessary plastic packaging, then they will stop using unnecessary plastic packaging – we have a lot of power to change things ourselves!

      There is definitely too much plastic! We should start with getting rid of unnecessary plastic packaging! You definitely don’t need your garlic cloves packaged in a plastic box (yes it happens!) when they already come in a perfectly nice natural container themselves!
